Just remembering the old-fashioned method of producing the PawPrint brings back mixed emotions of trying to sell advertising, to make deadlines and to produce a student newspaper on a letter press using hot type. Now, students can produce beautiful student newspapers with computers and software adapted to their needs. It was always a thrill, however, to see students' efforts in print! After Wolfson, I enjoyed 32 years at The Florida Times-Union and saw many of my former students become excellent journalists and communicators.
